ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The City of Ann Arbor has launched a new rebate program focused on shovels and electric snow blowers.
The program runs through March 1, 2026, or until funding runs out.
Residents can trade in a gas-powered snow blower and receive up to $200 off an electric snow blower or get a free snow shovel.
The rebate covers 100% of the cost of a new shovel or 50% of the cost of a new electric snow blower, up to $200. There is a maximum of one rebate per household.
To receive a rebate, residents will be required to trade in an old gas-powered snow blower. You can learn more on the official Ann Arbor website here .
