Every February, Detroit commemorates the life and legacy of the renowned hip-hop producer J Dilla with a weekend full of events. Various activities will take place throughout Metro Detroit in his honor. Ma Dukes Official, Dilla World 313, Raise the Flag Detroit, and several local Detroit venues and organizations will collaborate to host community events celebrating J Dilla’s life and the 20th year anniversary of his album “Donuts”.
