A yearly tradition during the holidays for many Metro Detroit families is still alive and well today.
Last week, we asked our ClickOnDetroit viewers and readers if they remember the iconic Santa Bears from Hudson’s, and turns out, many of us have never forgotten them.

Collecting Santa Bears from Hudson’s was a yearly tradition for many Metro Detroiters this time of year, and while we haven’t gotten a new Santa Bear since 2006, many families not only still have the adorable bears, but they still display them during the holidays.
We asked all of you to submit photos of your Santa Bears through Mi Pics, and the response we got was overwhelming. Who knew so many people still had these bears?
My mom got rid of her Santa Bears sometime when I was in high school, and many people made comments saying their Santa Bears were gone, too, but I never expected to see just how many people still have them displayed in their homes all this time later.
