The nutrition and fitness expert says if you have dumbbells at home heavier is always better. She says when doing bicep curls, you can add squats or curtsy squats, and shoulder raises.
Trierweiler says the benefits include burning more calories, more efficient workout, improved coordination, and improved joint mobility.
