Samosas, butter chicken, chicken tikki masala, and naan bread are just some of the dishes that offer a taste of Indian cuisine at Pink Garlic, a restaurant in Oak Park.
Pink Garlic Indian Cuisine’s owner, Alfy Rayman, explained that the restaurant is his family’s legacy. Rayman said the business uses his grandparents’ recipes.
Something unique about Pink Garlic is that they don’t just buy their spices, but instead, Rayman said they roast and grind the spices themselves.
Pink Garlic Indian Cuisine is located at 26661 Coolidge Highway in Oak Park. They also have a new location that will be opening soon in Allen Park. Watch the video above to see what’s on their menu.
