New restaurant offers pizza, coffee drinks, gelato, and beyond in Oakland County

There’s a new addition to the food scene in Bloomfield Hills. Hudson’s Place recently opened its doors and it’s bringing artisan pizza, gelato, coffee bar, and more to the community.

The menu at Hudson’s Place includes a variety of specialty pizzas with unique toppings like candied peaches, figs, spicy honey, and more. They also serve halal pepperoni. The fermented sourdough used for the restaurant’s pizzas and sandwiches is made with imported Italian flour.

Hudson’s Place also has various grab-and-go items. In addition, the restaurant has a coffee bar where they serve drinks like maple vanilla lattes. Those looking for something cool and refreshing on a hot summer day might want to try the gelato, which comes in pistachio and raspberry flavors.
