WARREN, Mich. – A 37-year-old Howell man was rescued Tuesday after he fell in a hole at a construction site in Warren, officials said.
The incident happened on Van Dyke just south of Convention Boulevard. The man was in the hole for more than an hour.
Firefighters were at the scene for more than an hour working to lift the man out of the hole. They pulled him out just before 9:30 p.m.
The owner of Jay's Excavating, the construction company that was working at the location, said his employee is a 37-year-old man from Howell.
The man was put onto a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance. His condition is unknown.
