CANTON, Mich. – Friday, students will have the opportunity to hear presentations from manufacturers and trades people from around the state for this year's Manufacturing Day.
This invite-only event allows businesses to address misconceptions regarding the blue-collar industries that populate Michigan. Eastern Michigan University will act as a hub site, hosting booths for manufacturers for additional information after the tour. Topics will include drones, robotics, 3D printing, programming, floor optimization, cyber safety, and more.

The innovative Michigan businesses included in the tour are E &E Manufacturing, Innovation Automation, Schuler Inc., W.F. Whalen, Advanced Engineering, and Tower International.
