OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – A Macomb County resident was found dead on an Oakland County road early Thursday morning after a hit-and-run crash.
Police said the crash happened between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2026. A 68-year-old Macomb County resident was found dead at the intersection of Middlebelt Road and Eldon Street in Farmington Hills.
Police believe the man was struck by a vehicle and are working to identify and locate the involved car.
