Metro Detroit FM radio station 106.7 WDTW switches formats

It's no longer 'The Drive'

A popular Metro Detroit FM radio station is changing its tune.

106.7 The Drive has switched formats and is now ALT 106.7 - playing alternative rock music.

The iHeart station announced the change this week. The station is celebrating the format change by playing 10,000 songs in a row with no commercials.

If you're looking for a taste of what they're playing, here's some of their recently played songs:

  • Clint Eastwood - Gorrilaz
  • Spirits - The Strumbellas
  • Song 2 - Blur
  • Waste a Moment - Kings of Leon
  • Saturday Morning - No Doubt
