Traffic: Frustrating delays ⏱️
There were a few crashes Wednesday that left hundreds of drivers frustrated -- there was one in the morning on I-275 and another on I-94 in the afternoon. When this happens and you find yourself in the car wondering what in the world is holding everything up, head to ClickOnDetroit for the latest information. We are always updating traffic incidents. Overnight closures on I-75 🚧
Speaking of construction, watch out for this one in Oakland County: MDOT said crews will close both directions of I-75 during the overnight hours starting today and lasting through Tuesday, July 2. The full closures will occur between Big Beaver Road and Corporate Drive/Crooks Road and are needed for setting new bridge beams on the overpasses at Wattles Road and Corporate Drive. This will begin at 9:30 p.m. each night. Both directions of I-75 will reopen to traffic by 5 a.m. the following mornings.

DIA impressionist exhibit is open! 🖌️🎨
The new impressionist exhibition at Detroit Institute of Arts is now open! It features some of the best works of the Impressionist era including 44 works by Berthe Morisot, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet and others. The exhibition is a part of the Bonnie Ann Larson Modern European Masters Series. Check it out!

Common book signing 📖
Shinola will host Common, the Oscar and Grammy Award-winning artist, actor, activist and New York Times Bestselling author for a special book signing event today for his second book, "Let Love Have the Last Word." The event starts at 5 p.m. at Shinola's flagship store on Canfield in Detroit.
