Court of Appeals orders immediate release of 15-year-old known as ‘Grace’
The Michigan Court of Appeals has ordered the immediate release of a 15-year-old girl known as Grace. She was being held in a juvenile jail in Pontiac for violating her probation, the therms of which included having to do her homework.
