ST. JOHN'S, NL – Residents of a Canadian town faced a snowstorm that brought them 30 inches of now over the weekend.

St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada is in a state of emergency with 300 Canadian troops planned to arrive Monday morning to help take residents to emergency centers and make sure those with health issues are taken care of.
