Michigan survey tool helps you make best COVID decisions, understand risks

Michigan has launched a new tool built to help people make the best decisions during COVID-19, as well as understand the risks.

CV19 Checkup is a free, confidential tool that surveys your behaviors, knowledge and risk factors with COVID-19, offering recommendations to keep you safe, based on your environment.
