'It's every single year': Neighborhoods flood again in Dearborn HeightsWAYNE COUNTY, Mich. – The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Wayne County until 11:14 p.m. Saturday, July 17.
On Friday, heavy rainfall flooded communities throughout Metro Detroit once again.
