SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Police are seeking information about a 19-year-old man who went missing in Southfield.
Orlando Rodriguez was last seen on Tuesday (Oct. 22) at 8:15 p.m., leaving his residence.
Rodriguez is diagnosed with cognitive impairment, PTSD, and reactive attachment disorder.
