Man found dead in water behind his boat in Macomb County, police say Macomb County deputies don’t suspect foul play

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A man was found dead in the water behind his boat in Macomb County, police said.
The discovery was made at 2:06 p.m. Monday, July 21, at MacRay Harbor in Harrison Township.
Police said they were called for a welfare check. When they arrived, they found a 77-year-old man in the water.
Macomb County deputies and Harrison Township firefighters tried to revive the man, but he was pronounced dead.
Foul play is not suspected in this case.
Police continue to investigate.
