Local 4 got our first look at a serious complaint filed against Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Wilson.
The Judicial Tenure Commission says Wilson abused alcohol for years. Sometimes during work hours.
In the document, witnesses said he’d come to court smelling like alcohol.
Wilson was also accused of sexually harassing colleagues. He allegedly made inappropriate comments to multiple women in the workplace.
More allegations detailed in this complaint include failure to disclose financial ties with attorneys and interference in court cases involving his own family.
Wilson has 14 days to respond. He could face discipline or removal from the bench.
