A 19-year-old from Farmington Hills was arrested on Thursday after police said he was driving over 100 miles per hour and trying to hide a firearm.
Trooper 2, Michigan State Police’s helicopter, spotted a driver traveling over 100 miles per hour on the Lodge Freeway on Nov. 20 just after midnight.
Michigan State Police troopers followed the car, and when the driver stopped at a house, he allegedly threw a firearm in a box. Trooper 2 captured the moment the man threw something into the box in front of the home.You can watch the full video at the beginning of this article.
Troopers arrested the 19-year-old from Farmington Hills. During his arrest, police said they recovered multiple guns. Charges are pending prosecutor review.
