The attorney also told police that she could hear screaming when she was on the phone with the woman.

The woman told police that she and her attorney had left the university after filing a report.

She was planning to leave town after filing that report, so she went to her apartment to get her belongings.

When she was carrying her items down the stairs, the woman heard footsteps outside, according to the document.

She told police she ran to secure the door, but “before she could, Mr. Moore swung the door open and barged into her apartment with tears in his eyes.”

When he entered the apartment, the woman was about five feet from the door.
