OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Meijer is looking to hire 175 employees for a new Oakland County location that is set to open later this year.
The 75,000-square-foot grocery store will be located in Rochester Hills.

The retailer is looking to fill 175 part-time and full-time positions, including clerks, cake decorators, customer service, cashiers and receiving, according to a release.
Those interested in applying can view open positions on Meijer’s website by clicking “Search New Store Open Jobs,” then selecting the position they’re interested in.
Applicants will be screened over the next several weeks, with selected candidates being invited to interview in February, according to the release.
Meijer currently employs about 40,000 team members at more than 125 stores across Michigan.
The new Rochester Hills store will open at 1495 N. Rochester Road.
