Building on Lothrop near Woodward in Detroit floods Not exactly clear what caused flooding
DETROIT – A building in Detroit’s New Center area is flooded Tuesday morning.
The building on Lothrop Street near Woodward Avenue began flooding during the early morning hours of Feb. 3.
Water can be seen running onto the road and rising from the ground. The cause is not clear.
