MONROE TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 46-year-old man from Toledo is facing charges after a Michigan man was killed at a Monroe County hotel.
It happened Saturday, March 28, at the Econo Lodge Inn on Albian Road in Monroe Township. Authorities said they were called to the area just before 5 a.m. on reports of a disturbance.

Deputies were directed to a room that had three people inside, one being unconscious on the floor. Despite life-saving measures, the man -- identified as Cazz Lireece Vinson -- died at the scene.
The other two people were taken into custody, but one has since been released.
On Sunday, March 29, Mark Shane Holmes was charged with manslaughter. His bond was set at $500,000.
