As storms head to Metro Detroit Tuesday night, localized flooding remains a concern, especially in urban and low-lying areas.

Risk Level: All of Southeast Michigan is under a slight (level 2) risk for severe thunderstorms.

Threats: Storms will be capable of producing wind gusts to 60 mph, large hail, isolated tornadoes and flooding.
