If you’ve been thinking about selling your home, now may be the perfect time.
According to Realtor.com, this week is the best window of the entire year to sell your home. And the timing couldn’t be better because the Metro Detroit housing market is heating up.
According to the latest data from RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan, home sales jumped 17% from February to March. Pending sales are also up more than 9% from this time last year.
Now, here’s the tricky bit: if you are buying, the average price to buy a home is also going up. Here in Metro Detroit, it’s now at $305,000.
