A Macomb Township man arranged to meet a minor for a sexual encounter, but police were waiting for him instead. Now, he’s been bound over on three felony counts.
Angelo Lupo, 49, was bound over on Thursday, April 23, following a preliminary examination before Judge William H. Hackel III in the 42-2 District Court in New Baltimore, according to a release from the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office.
