St. Clair County Sheriff deputies had been on the lookout for the suspects who stole from several cars in the Old Farms subdivision in Fort Gratiot Township.
On May 1 at around 1 a.m., deputies saw the suspect car unoccupied on Capital Avenue and State Road. Two men matching the suspects’ description were then found walking in the area.
The sheriff’s office said the two refused to stop and were later detained.
Deputies then found a ski mask, cash, as well as a Bridge Card and prescription pills not belonging to either of them.
Port Huron police confirmed Greathouse and Comstock were the suspects from the original calls and were taken to St. Clair County Detention and Intervention Center.
Greathouse and Comstock were arraigned in court on May 7, and their bonds were each set at $75,000.
