Cleveland, Ohio – The top-seeded Detroit Pistons fell 116-109 to the fourth-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals Saturday at Rocket Arena.
Detroit trailed 64-48 at halftime, then outscored Cleveland in the third quarter to cut the deficit to two, 83-81, entering the fourth.

The Pistons lead the best-of-seven series 2-1.
Game 4 is set for May 11 at 8 p.m. on NBC and Peacock in Cleveland.
The winner of the Pistons-Cavaliers series will face the winner of the New York Knicks-Philadelphia 76ers series in the Eastern Conference finals.
