The Swatch store at Somerset Collection is reopening on Monday, May 18, after it canceled the release event for its limited-edition watch.
In a statement on the mall’s Instagram page, it said, “The AP watch will not be available at this location. Thank you for understanding.”
This comes after police were called to the mall in Troy early Saturday morning after hundreds of people showed up to buy the special collaboration with luxury watchmaker Audemars Piguet.
Troy police said three people were arrested and later released.
Swatch is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
