ROMULUS, Mich. – How bad is the air quality in Wayne County? To put it in perspective, the Detroit Metro Airport cannot be seen by our skycam on Thursday.
Detroit is ranked as having the worst air quality in the world, with hazardous air quality all across Metro Detroit.

The smoke from the Canadian wildfires is so dense in Metro Detroit that DTW cannot be seen on our live camera pointing at the airport.
