Teen critically injured after being shot multiple times in Detroit No suspects arrested
DETROIT – A 17-year-old is in critical condition after being shot multiple times Tuesday evening in Midtown.
The shooting happened on July 29 at around 5:30 p.m. near the Brewster Homes.
According to Detroit police, the shooting stemmed from a fight between two groups before a black SUV pulled up and someone inside fired shots.
Police believe the shooting may be gang-related. No information was released on a possible suspect.
