It’s almost time for children to head back to school, which means the return of earlier bedtimes and an early alarm clock.
As families prepare for a new school year, sleeping is getting attention at the state level. Michigan lawmakers are taking some steps to raise awareness about teen sleep deprivation.
Kids and teens are likely trying to soak in the last few nights of staying up late and sleeping in. But experts said now, not the night before the first day of school, is the time to reset sleep schedules.
