According to Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office, the investigation started in Roseville when Vines was allegedly wandering through a parking lot with a knife, chasing after someone.
The prosecutor says, Roseville Police were called to the scene of the parking lot and went after Vines.
Vines then fled from Roseville into Eastpointe, where officers saw the suspect on westbound 9 Mile Road from I-94.
As a result of fleeing from Eastpointe police, Vines crashed his car into one of the patrol cars and another vehicle.
He then ran away before being arrested by Warren Police.
