GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- A man who shot his girlfriend’s neighbor 10 times after an argument, killing the woman in an apartment complex hallway, has been sentenced to 22 years in prison. Family of the victim, 45-year-old Yolanda Henderson, described the devastation caused by Davis’ decision to act on his anger. According to earlier testimony, Henderson came to the door of Davis’ girlfriend, Keyona Banks, twice in the late-evening hours of Oct. 27, 2020. Banks earlier testified that Davis came to her about 2 a.m. and said the neighbor had accused him of beating Banks. Banks testified she saw Davis wave the gun and point it at Henderson, but ended up going back inside her apartment.

Following the Jan. 6 siege on the U.S. Capitol, many rioters took to Facebook, posting incriminating selfies and bragging about their exploits in the building. The FBI included Facebook posts, some publicly available and others obtained through search warrants, in five of eight federal criminal complaints tied to Michiganders. The posts show alleged rioters posing inside the Capitol, drinking a beer outside the building and bragging about their participation. The FBI identified Sorvisto, who allegedly traveled to Washington, D.C. with Dresch, through Facebook messages obtained through a search warrant. Sorvisto’s Facebook account shared two photos showing him inside the Capitol to another person who wasn’t identified by the FBI.

Anthony Williams, a man from Southgate, was identified and reported. Police said he likely deleted photos and videos from his Facebook page, but authorities were able to get copies anyway. The tipster even supplied screenshots from William’s Facebook page. The FBI said photos of Williams inside the Capitol Building were deleted and perhaps Williams thought he was in the clear, but investigators were able to retrieve the deleted photos and videos.
