Former Detroit Tigers relief pitcher Anthony Castro will be back in the AL Central this season. The right-handed pitcher from Venezuela was traded from the Toronto Blue Jays to the Cleveland Guardians in exchange for Bradley Zimmer, who was the No. In 25 games with the Blue Jays last season, Castro posted a 4.74 ERA with 32 strikeouts and eight walks in 24 and two-thirds innings of work. He made his MLB debut with the Tigers on July 27, 2020, where he appeared in just one game.
