Raiders look to regroup after collapse sends them to 0-2
The offseason optimism surrounding the Las Vegas Raiders following the additions of Davante Adams, Chandler Jones and Josh McDaniels seem in the distant past. mlive.com2022 NFL draft: Green Bay Packers once again pass on first-round wide receivers
The Green Bay Packers keep tricking draft analysts and the football world into thinking they’ll draft a first-round wide receiver. Green Bay had two first-round picks on Day 1 of the 2022 NFL draft, and they came away with two Georgia defenders, which is hard to argue. They landed Georgia linebacker Quay Walker at Pick 22, then took defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt at Pick 28. That means the streak dating back to 2002 of not drafting a first-round receiver (Javon Walker) continues. The Packers shipped star receiver Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders for Picks 22 and 53 earlier this offseason.
