Detroit Pistons betting odds for 2021-22 season; Cunningham near top of Rookie of the Year bets

DETROIT -- The Detroit Pistons finished last season with the worst record in the Eastern Conference and the second worst in the league and oddsmakers don’t see them doing much better this year. As the Pistons get ready to kick off the 2021-22 season Wednesday night against the Chicago Bulls, sportsbooks in the state routinely have the Pistons near the bottom of the odds for teams to make the playoffs. If betting for the playoffs isn’t your thing because of the long odds, consider looking at the season win totals. DraftKings, Barstool, FanDuel and Caesars all have the Pistons win total set at 25.5 wins, with odds ranging from -122 to +100 over at FanDuel. If you like Cunningham to win, consider looking at BetMGM, DarftKings or FanDuel where the odds are higher at +300.
