The Spring Arbor Café, 7975 Spring Arbor Road, closed at the end of 2021, after serving the community for 16 years. Vito’s Espresso opened first on Wildwood Avenue in Blackman Township before moving to 300 W. Washington Ave. in downtown Jackson. The Spring Arbor Café is the perfect place, he said. JACKSON, MI -- Jacksonians looking to experiment with different coffees have a new option downtown. Vito’s Espresso, a “third-wave” coffee shop previously on Wildwood Avenue in Blackman Township, has moved to 300 W. Washington Ave., inside a professional building in downtown Jackson.
