The Food and Drug Administrationโs vaccine advisory panel is set to meet Thursday and Friday, Oct. 14-15, and we are getting our first look at the data the panel will be using to make its recommendation on booster shots for Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. โ The FDA advisory panel voted on Friday to recommend the emergency use authorization of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. Previously, she voted โNoโ on the Pfizer vaccine, but voted in favor of the Moderna. I spoke to her moments after the unanimous vote supporting the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
