Detroit Pistons announce G-League players invited to in-market bubble
DETROIT -- Five members from the Detroit Pistons G-League affiliate will get some offseason competition under their belt. Players from the Grand Rapids Drive have entered the Pistons in-market voluntary workouts after the NBA and NBPA greenlit the offseason activity. This includes players under contract as well as up to five players from their G-League affiliate. With the extra bodies available, the Pistons planned to rotate the players through three different teams in five-on-five drills. Along with the five G-League members, the Pistons bubble has many of the team’s young players participating.
