Lenawee County bicyclist killed in crash
LENAWEE COUNTY, MI -- A crash between a motor vehicle and a bicyclist left a Hudson man dead Wednesday morning, police said. At about 10:41 a.m. June 1, deputies from the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported car-bicycle crash in the area of U.S-127 and Beecher Road, northwest of Hudson in Lenawee County. Police determined a southbound vehicle hit a bicycle rider who was also travelling southbound, according to the sheriff’s office. The rider, a 60-year-old Hudson man, died from his injuries at the scene, police said. This crash is being investigated by the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office Accident Investigative Team.mlive.com

Jogger struck by car in Lenawee County dies from injuries, police say
LENAWEE COUNTY, MI -- A man who was struck by a vehicle while jogging last week has died from his injuries, police said. Gregory Adams, 48, of Adrian, died Sunday, Feb. 13 from injuries he suffered in the crash, according to the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office. The crash took place at about 7 a.m. Feb. 7 on Howell Highway north of Oakwood Road in Adrian Township, police said. Adams had been jogging in the northbound lane, wearing black running tights, a navy-blue jacket and a headlamp, police said. Crash causes car to strike nearby home in Lenawee County, police say
LENAWEE COUNTY, MI -- A two-vehicle crash sent one car spinning into a nearby house, leaving the driver with severe injuries, police said. At about 2:20 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, deputies from the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash involving two vehicles near the intersection of Ridge Highway and M-50 in Ridgeway Township, eastern Lenawee County. The Mazda was sent spinning from the roadway, and ultimately struck a nearby house located on the northeast corner of the intersection, police said. It is unknown if alcohol or speed played a factor in the crash, police said, and the incident is under investigation. Man dies in head-on collision with tree in Lenawee County, police say
LENAWEE COUNTY, MI -- An Addison man was killed after a collision with a tree Saturday morning, police said. At about 2 a.m. Nov. 13, deputies from the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle crash on U.S.-127 south of Greenleaf Road in Woodstock Township, northern Lenawee County. A 2010 Ford F-150 was travelling southbound on U.S.-127 when the driver, a 38-year-old Addison man, drove over the centerline and crossed into the northbound lane, police said. Soon after, the truck fell into a ditch before hitting a tree head-on. Deputies were aided on-scene by the Lenawee County Accident Investigation Team, Michigan State Police, Addison Fire Department and Somerset Fire Department.mlive.com
Driver killed in Lenawee County crash, police say
LENAWEE COUNTY, MI -- An early-morning crash Thursday left one man dead and another injured in Lenawee County, police said. Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash in Hudson Township at about 1 a.m. on Aug. 26, police said. The driver, a 23-year-old Adrian man, lost control of the vehicle and failed to stop at the intersection, causing a rollover, police said. Lenawee County deputies were assisted by the Hudson Police Department, Hudson Fire Department and Clayton Fire Department.
