Trump frequents his titular International Golf Club, located in unincorporated West Palm Beach and owned by the county, during his visits to Mar-a-Lago, his Palm Beach estate. He added that the county's lease agreement is with a Trump organization, not the president himself. The Civil Rights Division’s Immigrant and Employee Rights Section (IER) is responsible for enforcing the anti-discrimination provision of the INA. The statute prohibits citizenship status and national origin discrimination in hiring, firing, or recruitment or referral for a fee; unfair documentary practices; and retaliation and intimidation. The Civil Rights Division wants to hear about civil rights violations. Members of the public can report possible civil rights violations through the Civil Rights Division’s reporting portal.

Michigan Defendant Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to Steal From an Organization Receiving Federal Funds
A Palm Beach County, Florida, resident pleaded guilty today in Flint, Michigan, to conspiring to steal from an organization receiving federal funds, announced Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General Stuart M. Goldberg of the Justice Departments Tax Division. In May 2018, John Capella also pleaded guilty to conspiring to impede the lawful functions of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in connection with this scheme. Capella and his co-conspirators used the stolen information to solicit automobile accident victims for medical and chiropractic services. Capella and his co-conspirators also underreported to the IRS gross receipts they received from Blue Horseshoe operations and the total wages Blue Horseshoe paid to its employees. Capella faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each of the two conspiracy counts.
