Ann Arbor – If you are from the Ann Arbor area you may remember the restaurants Lord Fox or Roger Monk’s. Well, a new restaurant is now going to operate in this historic spot: The Dixboro Project. After looking into it, Farah, the owner of Sava’s and Aventura restaurants in Ann Arbor, decided to make it a three-in-one concept. From pastries to pizza, to fine dining dishes, the Dixboro Project offers it all. Dixboro Project is located at 5400 Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor.

Ann Arbor-based SavCo Hospitality opens takeout counter in Dixboro
The Boro opened up its takeout cafe concept on Dec. 21, 2020 in the Village of Dixboro. ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Pick up baked goods for breakfast or pizza for lunch at SavCo Hospitality’s latest concept, The Boro To Go. Reception of the to-go cafe experience, which opened on Dec. 21, 2020, has been very positive, according to Farah. Those who know SavCo Hospitality from The Boro’s downtown Ann Arbor sister restaurants can visit between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
