Inmates die within days at Huron Valley women’s prison as law firm launches investigation

Two inmates have died at the women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility in less than a week. A law firm representing more than 900 inmates at the facility says it's now investigating. The state confirms Khaira Howard died on May 13 and Rebecca Fackler died four days later.
