Charges pending for carjacking suspect in Oakland County

The man accused of randomly shooting a mom, then stealing her car in Orion Township, was expected to be arraigned in court on Thursday, but we at Local 4 are still waiting on those charges to be filed. In the meantime, we have learned the name of the 25-year-old in custody. But we are not naming him until he is officially charged. Waiting for an update.
