Detroit toouts youth programming as response to Teen Takeovers on Detroit's west side

One of the ways the city is responding to these teen takeovers is by creating programming for young people through the city's community violence intervention groups. Local 4 was live from a flag football championship, being hosted by those organizations. Those games are just getting started.
