Metro Detroit’s forecast on Valentine’s Day will have you falling in love -- Here’s what to expect

Tuesday highs in lower 50s; Wednesday highs near 60

4Warn Weather – Now here’s a forecast to fall in love with! How about sunshine and temps in the 50s for Valentine’s Day?

First, let’s talk about the sunset Monday night. It’s after 6 p.m., 6:03 p.m., to be exact, which means we are getting more and more daylight each week as we get closer to spring.

Valentine’s Day

Speaking of spring, Tuesday will be another spring-like day with temps well above normal in the low 50s. Tuesday night into Wednesday, we do bring in the chance for a few scattered showers.

Wednesday

But by Wednesday afternoon, we dry out, and temps reach the upper 50s to near 60.

Colder air returns at the end of the week. More on that in the forecast tonight at 11 p.m. on Local 4.
