Light snow flurries could accompany chilly temperatures in Metro Detroit for St. Patrick’s Day

Friday highs in lower 50s; Saturday highs in upper 50s

Saturday morning starts off cool, but with the sun and southerly winds, we’ll reach a comfortable 58 degrees. Be prepared for a breezy evening and a slight chance of a late-day shower. Most areas should remain dry.

St. Patricks Day

St. Patrick’s Day will be windy and colder, with temps hovering in the upper 30s to low 40s. A few flurries might fly around occasionally, but nothing of any impact.

Next week

The coldest day of the week will be Monday, with highs only in the 30s and a few light snow showers. Then, by midweek, temperatures will warm back up to normal levels in the upper 40s.
