4Warn Weather – Southeast Michigan will see another great day to be outside Tuesday. Highs will reach the low 80s with a lighter south-southwest breeze.
You’ll notice the sun looks a bit filtered or milky as high, thin clouds start moving in ahead of our next system. We’ll still see plenty of sun throughout the day and UV levels will be in the Very High range, so you may want to keep the sunscreen handy.
Those additional clouds should make for a beautiful sunset tonight - official sunset time for Detroit is at 8:58 p.m.
Skies will stay partly cloudy overnight with temperatures falling only to near 60° in most neighborhoods.
This leads to a warm Wednesday with highs back in the 80s.
A weak cold front will move through the region, bringing the chance for later-day isolated showers and storms.
The rain chance will linger through the evening before we dry out and see decreasing clouds into Wednesday night.
This gives way to mostly sunny skies Thursday. Highs will be more seasonable, in the mid 70s, starting Thursday and continuing through the weekend.
