Breezy and comfortable afternoon before turning warmer in Metro Detroit

After a Fall-like Monday temperatures will be warmer the rest of the week

4Warn Weather - As a low pressure system continues to exit eastward and high pressure moves in, we’ll see diminishing cloud cover and remain dry this afternoon.

The main areas seeing clouds this afternoon are neighborhoods north of Detroit and into the thumb region.

The additional clouds will keep those further north and east closer to 70° today while elsewhere we’ll warm to the mid and upper 70s.

This afternoon will stay breezy with west-northwest winds at 10-20 mph with gusts into the mid 20s.

Winds turn light tonight with mainly clear skies. Overnight lows will be in the mid 50s.

We’ll be a little warmer Tuesday with highs into the upper 70s to low 80s under mostly to partly sunny skies.

Wednesday brings more low 80s. We’ll be dry most of the day with sun and clouds before rain develops in the evening. We could see a few thunderstorms Wednesday night before drying out Thursday.

We’ll be dry with more sunshine to finish the week with afternoon highs staying in the low 80s.
